By using VideoToDoc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
VideoToDoc is a web-based tool that converts video and audio content into structured documents (PDF or PPTX) using artificial intelligence. The service is provided on a pay-per-use basis with no subscription.
Payment and Refunds
Pricing is based on video duration: $9 USD for videos up to 30 minutes, $15 USD for videos from 30 to 90 minutes, and $22 USD for videos from 90 to 180 minutes. Payment is charged at the time of submission via Stripe. If your document fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, you will receive a full refund automatically within 5 business days. Refunds are not provided for successfully generated documents.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the content you submit. Do not submit copyrighted content you do not own or have explicit permission to use. You are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive your document.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the content you submit and the documents generated from it. VideoToDoc does not store or reuse your content after processing is complete.
Limitation of Liability
VideoToDoc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
