We collect the following information: email address (for document delivery), video URL or uploaded file (for processing only), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details), and basic usage data (pages visited, errors).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your conversion and deliver your document, to send your download link by email, and to process refunds if applicable. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data Retention
Generated documents are stored for 24 hours then automatically deleted. Audio files used for transcription are deleted immediately after processing. Email addresses are not added to any mailing list.
Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate: Stripe (payments) — stripe.com/privacy, OpenAI (transcription and AI) — openai.com/privacy, and Cloudflare (file storage) — cloudflare.com/privacy.
